En pleine montagne de Reims, à Chigny-les-Roses, la treizième génération de la famille Cattier a repris les rênes. Elle exploite 33 ha de premiers crus, dont 75 % en pinot noir. Mais Cattier est également propriétaire d’un joyau, le Clos du Moulin, qui compte 2,2 ha plantés à parité en chardonnay et pinot noir. Le vin qui en est issu est un assemblage de trois millésimes. La production pour les cuvées est complétée par des approvisionnements. Alexandre Cattier assure les fonctions de PDG et de chef de cave, assisté de ses cousines Agathe, directrice générale adjointe, et Marie, ambassadrice de marque.
