The nose is rather discreet, with notes of strawberry, rosemary and toast. It's on the palate that the aromatic variety comes to the fore. Fresh fruit (raspberry, apple), caramel, vanilla and sweet spices contribute to the wine's greediness. The bitters are well integrated, adding complexity to the wine.
