The wine has a pale gold color with silver hues, crossed by fine bubbles that are slow to rise in the glass. On the nose, the buttery, dried-fruit aromas of the Chardonnay blend with the windier, white-fruit notes of the Pinots. A hint of menthol brings freshness to the palate, with well-integrated bubbles. The finish offers a citrus flavor, then lengthens with a hint of minerality. A champagne for an entire dinner party.
