The color is a soft pink with hints of raspberry and copper. The bubbles are fine and lively. The nose is vinous but delicate, with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, wild strawberry and freesia. The fruitiness is repeated on the palate, with a voluminous body amplified by the finesse of the bubbles. From aperitif to dessert, this cuvée is at its best with salmon steak in raspberry sauce.
