Canard-Duchêne
Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
Since 1868, Canard-Duchêne has been located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims nature park, on a hillside that symbolizes the excellence of Pinot Noir in Champagne vineyards. Its founders, two figures from the Champagne region, Victor Canard, a cooper, and Léonie Duchêne, from a family of winegrowers, joined forces in 1860 to create the company. Today, following its takeover by the Thiénot group, Canard-Duchêne has entrusted Laurent Fédou with the keys to the winery.
