This zero dosage wine seduces with its intense aromas of white fruits (pears, apples and peaches), honey flowers, citrus peel and toasted touches. On the palate, the clean attack brings out pear, citrus, toasted and almond notes, and a pastry-like universe. A salivating, caressing cuvee, with a long finish of freshness and slight bitterness. Serve as an aperitif or with a Bourdaloue pear tart.
