Beneath a beautiful, intense garnet color, red and black berries jostle to see who will have the most intense aromas: crushed raspberry? lightly stewed blackberry? black cherry from Itxassou? In the end, it's their combination that is the most seductive, with incredible juiciness. On the palate, the tannat adds structure, while the fruitiness of the cabernet franc coats it. A perfect balance between power and pleasure, underscored by a slightly acidic structure that allows us to envisage medium aging.
