Gros and petit manseng with a low percentage of courbu contribute to this cuvée produced in only 4486 bottles. Intensely fruity, the nose is soft and yellow. A round, shimmering bouquet with notes of mirabelle plum and ripe greengage. The roundness is reflected in the velvety, intense yet delicate texture. It may lack a little depth, but that's not what we're asking of this wine, which gives great pleasure with its notes of juicy white peach, apricot and a hint of heather honey.

Bordaxuria
Bordaxuria is first and foremost a "Larraldea" farm, of which viticulture is just one activity. The members of the Reca family are both polycultivators and polyproducers, raising sheep and cows and producing cheese, meat, jams, apple juice and wine. With 9 hectares of terraced vineyards on Mount Arradoy, facing Saint Jean-Pied de Port, the estate offers wines in all three colors. Initiated less than 10 years ago, the production of half white and half red has been organic since 2015, and the wines are now well recognized by critics and the appellation's faithful.
