Made with equal parts pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, this entry-level wine, 40% of which is reserve wine, develops a nose of bitter almonds. The palate is rich and creamy, perhaps a little weighed down by a rather heavy dosage (over 8 g/l), but greedy. Serve with a cassolette of white pudding with chaource cream.
