Superb wine. On the nose, first golden fruit and toast, then vanilla crème brûlée appear with finesse. Crisp bubbles and lacy mousse envelop the well-controlled oak. The palate is harmonious, with mineral textures, fresh precision and controlled complexity (honey, light caramel). This elegant, gourmet wine finishes with a fabulously racy, tingly follow-through.
