This cuvée is not vintage, yet it contains only the 2012 vintage from a selection of the best plots. It is, in fact, an undeclared vintage. The nose is fine and delicate, already chalky... On the palate, the wine offers just the right amount of amplitude, with precise bubbles and clean, precise vivacity. The finish lingers happily, and the 6 g/l dosage is masterful. Well done!
