Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Located on the Côte des Blancs, the kingdom of Chardonnay, with vineyards acquired in Fossoy and Bergères-lès-Vertus, the family estate—founded in 1932—is now run by the fourth generation: Jean-Étienne and Jean-Emmanuel Bonnaire. Their 22 hectares of vineyards, planted primarily with Chardonnay, produce grapes destined for aging in tanks and old barrels. All dosage levels have been reduced. All of the estate’s Chardonnays have been certified organic since the 2023 harvest.
