This slightly orange rosé, made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, opens with notes of burlat cherry, wild strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate, the spices take over, but the red fruits remain present. A gourmet wine to be enjoyed with saffron fish, spicy Iberian filet mignon or red fruit pavlova.
