Gault&Millau's review
89/100
A self-respecting 2011, despite its reputation as a difficult vintage. The pale gold color is elegant, with fine bubbles in the chimney. The nose is dashing with candied citrus fruit, William's pear and hints of pastry. On the palate, the attack is straightforward and dynamic, carrying a lovely structured chewiness to a saline finish. Serve with veal Colombo with combava.
