The fresh nose reveals toasty notes and aromas of elderflower, orange, lemon, passion fruit and acacia honey. The palate is elegant, with a taut structure and discreet, creamy bubbles. There are hints of pear, pineapple and hazelnut bitters on the finish. The dosage is effective and round.

Bernard Lonclas

The winery was founded in 1976 by Bernard Lonclas, joined a few years later by his daughter Aurélie. The estate is located in the charming village of Bassuet, on a chalky terroir that the chardonnay grape particularly favors. The estate offers a wide range of champagnes made from 85% chardonnay, 15% pinot meunier and 5% pinot noir. Vinification is classically carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. All the wines are well vinified, and we regularly fall in love with the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, which offers a good balance between classicism and gourmandise. Personalized cellar tours and theme evenings are available.
