Right from the nose, we're seduced by the fringiness and chalky energy of this cuvée from the 2016 harvest. On the palate, the wine unfolds, full-bodied and greedy at the same time, with beautiful notes of white fruit. The power of the Pinot Noir is tempered by the freshness of the Chardonnay. Ageing, mainly in barrels, accompanies and reveals this champagne, whose balance will be enhanced by a noble fish with mousseline sauce.
