Just over 7,000 bottles of this cuvée, composed essentially of grand crus. With its lovely light rosé color, it delivers citrus and floral aromas that seem to reflect a predominance of Chardonnay. Fine notes of freesia, as if sprinkled on the nose, complete the aromas. On the palate, fruit takes over again, with elegant, infused flavors of strawberry and cherry. Enjoy its freshness with a red-fruit pavlova.
