A very creamy nose, with notes of brioche and salted butter, followed by fruit aromas (poached apple and pear) that contribute to a charming bouquet. On the palate, this unctuousness is sustained by a very fresh, straightforward structure, without being sharp. Citrus fruits bring their acidity to the finish, accompanied by a hint of bitterness for sapidity.
