Sponsored Food truck and good food: Ian Mengedoht won't disagree. This native American has been cooking for almost 20 years and is passionate about the diversity of Mexican cuisine. In 2016, he dedicated a food truck to the area for your lunches, dinners (see his Facebook page) and all your special events to celebrate, by reservation of course. And, the cherry on top of the tacos, this committed craftsman sources around 80% of the vegetables he uses from his own greenhouses, which are grown using sustainable methods. It doesn't get much fresher than that! This demand for quality is reflected throughout his menu: corn tortillas, the staple, homemade sauces, hummus of the moment, and so on. But what he loves most of all is when his regulars give him carte blanche to express his culinary creativity. Tacos, burritos and quesadillas, with or without meat, US desserts, with or without gluten, anyone with a restricted diet is sure to enjoy Street Burritos.
