Gourmet Restaurant Obviously, this Spoon 2, housed in the Palais Brongniart in a setting designed by Wilmotte, is not accompanied by the same hype as the original Spoon created by Alain Ducasse nearly thirty years ago. But it's still a very popular address, thanks to its affordable prices and its pretty, crossbred menu, which sweeps through the world's cuisines with respect and gourmandise, of course revised to satisfy our European tastes: poule rasht, biryani Jodhpur, sago Alexandrie...
