Gault&Millau's review2026
The prices, the reputation, the location opposite the Bourse, everyone in Paris knows Mori's song. And yet, for the average ticket (around €150 with just a Ferrarelle), the customer in all of us wonders a little, looking for the hoped-for perfection and the promised transalpine top-of-the-range, hoping that the oil is served with the bread, that the waiter sees that the salt is missing, that the plates are well presented, that a dish of fried lagoon food is tasty and well seasoned with salt and pepper, that a €60 dish at least comes with a few vegetables, and that the crêpe flambée is a real highlight. Nonetheless, the quality of the products on offer remains top-notch, like the famous "rare cured ham from the Corte pallavica" (served on a porcelain marquise...) or the fantastic langoustines with perfect pasta, reminding us that Mori is still, sometimes, capable of sliding a Riva across the Venetian lagoon.
