Gourmet Restaurant The charismatic Julien Duboué gave way to Guy Martin in 2022, but the chef from Le Grand Véfour has of course retained the soul of this address, ideal for large gatherings of friends. The high tables d'hôtes are ideal for sharing charcuterie platters, eggplant caviar with Espelette pepper, or a pretty veal quasi-veal with carrots and beet. The cellar has a clear south-western slant, which is logical, and also offers a Basque beer or cola.
