Gourmet Restaurant In this small village northwest of Nantes, this classic restaurant is a local landmark for its elegant dining room, ideal for family gatherings, and for Emeric Banon's work on national classics. The latter doesn't hesitate to add his personal touch, with great intuition, such as asparagus and langoustine, mousseline with rosemary butter, half blue lobster au gratin with champagne sabayon, splendid suckling lamb and rosemary jus, and the current piña colada soufflé. Well-established cellar.
