The chic, sober bistro interior of leather and wood makes a great impression, emphasizing a menu that makes you travel, while also using local products: beef empanadas with chimichurri sauce, coconut cream shrimp tartar with mango and trout roe, tuna mi-cuit with sesame crumble and seasonal vegetables. Contemporary desserts (pavlova, tiramisu...), small regional wine cellar in the broadest sense (Rhône, Languedoc...), with a touch of organic.
