Gourmet Restaurant Inge still has that Dutch accent that's part of the charm of this warmly decorated place, where she brings a smile and kindness, while being efficient in service and wine selection. The market cuisine has a good taste of homemade, with a good starter based on sardines, with a homemade dried fruit cookie, before spinach gnocchi with parmesan cream and a red fruit pavlova, moderately appropriate for this late winter. A good 100% regional wine list at attractive prices.
