Just a stone's throw from Les Halles, this modern bistro brasserie offers a wide-ranging menu that caters for all tastes: country terrine, pan-fried supions and prawns, pasta with pistou, orecchiete with warm foie gras, grilled veal loin and kidneys, coquillettes with truffled white ham, baba au rhum. Cellar well oriented towards the region and Rhône, with good signatures (Mas d'Espanet, Valcombe, Farjon for Saint-Joseph...).
