This is the new bistro in vogue in Vannes, led by Arnaud Tavares and developing a cuisine that's as well-travelled as it is Breton. It's good humor and common sense, lining up a solid slate in good rotation: smoked salmon with hay, cucumber, horseradish and beurre meunière, pickled mustard seeds, cod and linguine with langoustine broth, wild garlic, bottarga and chili oil. Good service.
