Sponsored Originally from the island of Nosy Be, in northern Madagascar, Boris Ratsimba promises to take you away from it all with the fragrant aromas and exotic colors of his restaurant. In addition to turmeric, vanilla and other directly imported spices, Boris serves himself fish, meat and vegetables directly from the hall in the center of Lille, just a minute from the emblematic Grand-Place. The restaurant's signature dishes include beef, poultry and vegetarian sambos, Mora Mora's version of sausage rougail, ravitoto with shrimp, cassava leaves, coconut milk and spices, and Madagascan vanilla chicken. The Chef proposes a new menu every month and comes up with suggestions of the day on Thursdays and Fridays: an invitation to travel that will delight all your senses! The welcoming warmth of his teams, the smells, the enchanting setting - everything is brought together to ensure that you enjoy an unforgettable moment. And as we say in Madagascar: "Mora mora!"
