Gourmet Restaurant Florine and Frédéric's neobistrot marks the return of the genre, with their elegant troquet not far from the Palais des Beaux-Arts. The tone is deliberately sober, with small wooden furniture and 1960s café-style Thonet chairs, no other decorative elements and a jazz-rock playlist, for an aesthetic moment that continues on the plate. To share or not, small cured meats, boudin or chorizo de bellota, black Iberian pork shoulder, potato and herring millefeuille, chicken thigh brochettes, tahini, herb salad and dukkah, a red fruit pavlova. Frédéric's cocktails are highly recommended, as is the cellar, which is mainly plain.
