This bistro, located between the Prefecture and the Beaux-Arts, has an almost Nordic feel; its completely minimalist dining room, complete with a sidewalk terrace, evokes a traditional French tavern given a Scandinavian makeover. Here, diners share small, modern tapas-style plates. That day, the menu featured candied eggplant, labneh, salsa macha, a refreshing celery rémoulade, crab, herring, and seaweed; a grilled focaccia with burrata, mortadella, sun-dried tomatoes, and hazelnut sauce; and a dark chocolate mousse with cacao crumble and olive oil. The wine cellar features natural wines.
