Gourmet Restaurant The desire to do things well without being simplistic drives this welcoming venue on the busy rue de la Bonneterie. The menu is well diversified, and the prices are reasonable for such a well-executed menu, with a lunchtime menu that's never boring at €24, and an evening menu based on a classic menu: smoked salmon with fresh goat's cheese and watercress, half-cooked tuna with sweet potato and avocado grilled with bbq and kumquat condiment, duck leg confit with potato mousseline with gorgonzola spinach, lemon cookie cream and sorbet. You can eat for less than €50, and the chef's hat is solid.
