Gourmet Restaurant We enjoyed the beginnings of this simple, pleasant table last year, and the toque is confirmed with this well-thought-out, contemporary bistro cuisine, created by Ryo Kirikura, a former chef of Jean-François Piège. It's all a little confidential and hidden, but once you get going, it promises to be an enjoyable experience.
