Gourmet Restaurant There's promise and talent in this little restaurant on the pretty square near the Palais. Ryo Kirikura, who worked at Jean-François Piège, shows a touch of quality in his simple, fresh dishes. We sense a capacity to do even better with a little more cooking, and above all a room animation that is truly empathetic and energetic. In the meantime, we had a good time with the plate, the good beef tartare with anchovy condiment, the red tuna crudo with ponzu radicchio tomato, an opulent-looking dish and a good product that would have deserved a more thorough preparation than a simple (and good) salad, before the Basque cheese cake, fresh and greedy with a cherry cream a little chiche. A rather confidential cellar, focusing on naturalness, modest prices.
