Sponsored An old building, freshly renovated in a bucolic setting on the Swiss border, is home to the restaurant of Line Dirrig and Théo Delos, the 4th generation of the family to become the proud owners of this idyllic country setting. Here, contemporary gastronomy is constantly reinvented according to market produce: it evolves according to the desires and creative inspirations of Théo, accompanied by the head chef and his brigade. The menu, which is renewed 5 times a year, features original, ephemeral suggestions in keeping with the atmosphere of the place. The restaurateurs will share with you their passion for the wines they have discovered on their travels around France. From the pretty terrace, you can admire the vegetable garden and the Swiss hills, then, as soon as summer arrives, you can enjoy aperitif and guinguette evenings in the magnificent garden by the pond, with dishes cooked in the brazier. Finally, if you'd like to extend your stay in the heart of Alsace, the hotel offers 30 rooms with modern comforts and a spa and wellness area.
