Sponsored Classy! Let's use this somewhat colloquial expression to describe the establishment Steeve and Mathis opened in October 2023. Respectively head chef and pastry chef, these cousins are passionate about their profession, which they only practice together. Yet here, just a stone's throw from the Château d'Aigueblanche, there are two rooms for two atmospheres. On the first floor, you can enjoy bistronomic dishes such as fillet of beef, fish or vegetarian suggestions; upstairs, on the mezzanine, cheese and charcuterie boards and tapas are the order of the day! In all cases, your plate is accompanied by the best choice of wines, from producers whom the restaurateurs know and appreciate for their work. This charming place, both indoors and out (there's a little park nearby!), is also the place to come for a sweet and savory buffet brunch, served every first Sunday of the month from 10am to 2:30pm, or for a special event that deserves to be catered for in this classy restaurant!
