Chef's Restaurant For over twenty years, this trend-setting establishment has been offering classic cuisine with a few fusion excursions, timelessly reproduced every year with the same meticulous attention to detail by chef Dominique Hybord. This friendly establishment on the banks of the Isère River has a loyal following, thanks to the consistency and quality of its dishes, which show off their professional credentials every season: caquelon of snails with garlic butter, dim sum, truffle-stuffed gnocchi, roast lean steak with hollandaise sauce, grilled entrecôte with poor sauce and French fries, chocolate fondant with custard, by Gautier Dufour. Good service.
