Almost all the fruit and vegetables are certified organic. Lunch can be taken à la carte or by choosing one of the various formulas. Dishes are often regionally inspired, but there's also a culinary approach that can be described as fusion. We discovered two different compositions: Flemish Carbonnade and Tuna Tataki with sweet potato mousseline. Both dishes were masterfully prepared, proof, if any were needed, of the savoir-faire of this very fashionable restaurant. In the evening, this terrace restaurant transforms itself into a tapas bar, cultivating a warm and festive atmosphere. The gambas croquettes with a particularly harmonious sauce are a hit with night owls. Your mouth watering? Don't forget to make a reservation, as the restaurant is a great success, and the word-of-mouth is totally justified.
