Gourmet Restaurant This Scandinavian company has been bringing us the taste of the fjords for over three decades. After creating the smoked fish industry, the owners now take us to Scotland, Finland and the Swedish seas. In addition to the traditional smørrebrød, we're introduced to the different ways tuna and salmon are smoked, surprised by the pleasant melting of marinated herring, and dip our blinis in a powerful mackerel roe tarama before finishing this copious Laksøn plate with smoked eel. On the meat side, Lapland reindeer or Finnish elk pavé, cooked to a rosy hue, complete the offer, with a little Prunier caviar for those festive evenings. Catering service.
