Gourmet Restaurant Facing the harbor, Ludovic and Valentine Maine's restaurant enjoys an ideal tourist setting, with its contemporary table and terrace for sunny days, giving the view a regional decor of obvious poetry. The plates are prepared by chef Grégory Olivette, a former member of the Côte-Saint-Jacques team, who gives careful thought to products, combinations, colors and textures, reinventing taste and presentation. The menu is a fine example of his ambition, and we'll be following it closely, for the snacked red mullet, sweet and sour bell pepper chutney and black garlic aioli, the Breton lobster fricassee, sautéed seasonal vegetables and shellfish emulsion, and the lamb flambé with aromatic herbs, zucchini declension and green zebra condiment. Fine desserts. Very fine cellar.
