Sponsored In the mountains, it's not all fondues and raclettes at the ramp! Right in the center of the village of Vaujany, Mickaël and Léa's restaurant is proof of this, in the most beautiful of ways. On the plate, the combinations of flavors are original, to say the least... Especially if you choose the foie gras and eel marble, followed by the house signature dish, lamb shoulder and lavender to share, and, to finish, the onion soup for dessert (made with coffee, praline and milk foam): your taste buds won't believe it! You, on the other hand, will want to come back for more, in this warm and comforting little cocoon created by Léa, who is also responsible for the wine list, which goes so well with the Chef's creations. Vegetarians and vegans are also catered for, and all guests are encouraged to book in advance, especially in winter, when Le Chalet Gourmand is often fully booked. In fine weather, a large terrace is available. Why resist? In winter, open Monday evening and Tuesday evening, closed Wednesday, open Thursday lunchtime, Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday lunchtime and evening.
