Description
Sponsored Géraldine and Philippe Louche have moved from the ephemeral straw hut they ran for six years to the pretty marina of Sausset-les-Pins, in a seventies-style establishment with an alley of palm trees at the entrance and antique furniture and objects for the interior decoration. The menu, created in collaboration with the chef, is reinvented every two months to reflect the seasons, with a daily special and suggestions at weekends. Géraldine, Philippe and their team thrive on the pleasure of welcoming their guests with a warm welcome. Aperitifs include tapas to share, such as garlic head confit au four with creamy burrata and panisses fries, dishes accompanied by an attractive menu of classic or original cocktails, and then exceptional home-cooked dishes and desserts with a delicate and skilful combination of colors and flavors. All year round, the restaurant's panoramic terrace welcomes you with a splendid view of the boats and the sea in the background.
