For lunch and dinner, Mathias, in the kitchen, and his partner Thomas, in the dining room, offer a menu featuring traditional French dishes as well as dishes inspired by world cuisine. Their signature recipes include whole sea bass in portfolio, boneless lamb fillet with magret-style skin, and whole octopus. These are cooked at low temperature before being snacked on. Tender and tasty! This is also the case with suggestions from elsewhere, such as rougail saucisse and Moqueca, a popular Brazilian dish with prawns, fish or a vegetarian version.
