The beautiful music of nature inspires André Taormina on the shores of Lac Saint-Félix. A privileged site where the chef flourishes with his wife Angélique to offer great ceremonial meals or gourmet friendship to the many regulars of l'Ambroisie. Hidden menus, but a clear, evocative menu where fine produce is king, with scrambled eggs with truffle, tourteau as a signature dish, pigeon en croûte, truffle and foie gras. A fine classic cellar with Rhône and Burgundy wines.
