Chef's Restaurant We can rest on the laurels of this Lauracea, taken in hand by a true professional. The place is pleasant, and the cuisine always up to scratch. An exemplary lunch menu for €29, a well-balanced, evocative menu, full of updated veal classics: scallops carpaccio à la flamme on a turnip remoulade, golden capon in a fuseau-pumpkin walnut crust, tarbais savory lamb shoulder with lamb jus. Everything gives an impression of great control, right down to the Paris Brest cœur bergamote. Well-informed cellar for the whole region, with references elsewhere.
