Gourmet Restaurant This institution keeps up with the times, diversifying its entrees, and retaining a broad meat orientation, benefiting from a reputation and location just a stone's throw from the Old Port. Beef remains the international star, with Argentine entrecôte, Australian angus chuck flap and tomahawk, adding to the classics, duck parmentier, tartar or sweetbreads... They can be preceded by marrow bones, Provençal-style squid, or Marseillaise, a dish combining panisses, sardine acras, goat's cheese and anchoiade. Desserts of the period, large classic cellar.
