Gourmet Restaurant It's THE meat restaurant of the neighborhood, right next to the Place aux Oils, and as renowned as ever for its fine origins. The formula is simple and the pleasure guaranteed: wood-fired Argentinian entrecôte, Aubrac flank steak, 1.8kg tomahawk to share, matured ribs of Galician blond or Baltic black. The house also makes a number of traditional recipes, such as boeuf rossini or vol-au-vent de poulet et ris de veau.
