Gourmet Restaurant A well-kept setting for this renowned restaurant on the banks of the Loire, upstream from Angers. In this wisely bourgeois atmosphere, the menu shows a definite attachment to tradition, with homemade foie gras, pike-perch with beurre blanc, veal parmentière and pear-caramel chaud-froid on a good €33 menu. Cave de Loire classique.
