Description
Sponsored Logan Nannette and his employee, Gauthier Bassompierre, had other professional lives before launching into the restaurant business. A 35-year-old Breton, Logan was a Paris fireman, then a nursing assistant, before retraining in the art of pizza-making. Gauthier was a blacksmith by trade. Since the summer of 2024, they've been working together to offer Franco-Italian cuisine, with homemade artisan pizzas (even the dough!), made with fresh, quality produce, and dishes to eat in or take away: tagliatelle with two salmons, escalope forestière, tartiflette savoyarde... Their menu changes every three months, in line with the seasons, and always includes pizzas of the moment. Right in the center of Bégard, the duo work year-round, and also make pizzas to order, gluten-free for example, or "moit-moit" with two different tastes for those who are undecided. In fine weather, you can lunch or dine outside on the terrace. An address to remember!
