Description
Sponsored Uncluttered decor, large bay windows letting in the light and an attractive exposed wooden framework: this is the atmosphere at Jordan Gaillanou's restaurant in the center of Bénac, close to the magnificent church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, a listed masterpiece of Romanesque art. The chef works with local specialties such as Bigorre black pork and Lau-Balagnas trout in a traditional French cuisine revisited with a touch of the exotic. His menu evolves with the seasons and his desires, with a menu that changes every two days and two evening menus with a bistronomic accent, more elaborate and more qualitative since Jordan is inspired by recipes he learned from the great chefs of south-west France. He delicately combines tastes and colors to surprise his guests' taste buds. As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, you can sit back and enjoy the Chef's creations in the cool shade of the flower-filled porch.
