Sponsored Benjamin and Hugo have established their concept, style and bistro cuisine in the heart of Valence. It's hard to name just one dish, because the menu changes so often, and the two friends, who are respectively dining room manager and head chef, swap jobs every Thursday! We'll let you taste the results, but it's wiser to make reservations in advance. Further proof of the duo's commitment to quality: they halve the quantity and price of their children's menus. Before or after your meal, let yourself be tempted by one of La Fabrique's signature cocktails. Romie, for example? Its rosemary notes are the perfect way to start a meal with a butcher's cut. To finish on a sweet note, we're told that the brioche perdue, baked at the minute, with its homemade salted butter caramel is a real treat. Whether in the dining room or on the tree-shaded terrace, don't miss the Sunday brunch: there's no other brunch in the area, and it's, as you may have guessed, made with the very best produce!
