Sponsored A typical old Doubs farmhouse, with its gentle mountain charm and stone walls and beams, a roaring fire, a comforting kitchen, and you're transported to the home of mother and son Sandrine and Charles-Henri, near Montbéliard. To share a moment of conviviality, nothing beats a poissonnade, a reblochonnade or a brasérade. Our regalades are cooked exclusively in the brazier and accompanied by roëstis to taste. For the poissonnade, salmon is marinated in olive oil and dill, the reblochonnade is served with sausages in papillotes and cured local ham, and the brasérade is made with thinly sliced beef pear and house sauces (aïoli, tartar or bourguignonne). Guests choose their wine from a selection of delicious nectars from the Haute-Saône, Jura and Alsace regions, in a wine barrel - an original concept to say the least! The Chef, a pastry chef and chocolatier, poetizes the seasons with magnificent sweets. In summer, the terrace under the stone porch is very popular!
