Original Restaurant A well-placed Sardinian restaurant at the end of the main transverse street, a pleasant detour to Sardinia, and more generally a modern-day bistro cuisine, featuring everything from fricassee of scallops with porcini mushrooms and bone marrow au gratin, to roast suckling pig, clams with fennel and the famous and unmissable malloredus with sausage, saffron and sheep's cheese. Tiramisu or semifreddo for dessert. Pleasant terrace on the pretty square.
