Sponsored In the center of Sulniac, Jonathan and Bettina welcome you all year round to their friendly, human-scale restaurant. The couple carefully serve traditional seasonal cuisine, prepared on the premises using fresh produce, with contemporary notes and colorful touches. Examples include ravioli with crabmeat and ginger, langoustine bisque and cardamom espuma, Quercy lamb fillet chimichurri style, and vanilla Pavlova with blood orange segments, roasted pistachios and passion caramel. "We like to describe our dishes and listen to our customers. We entertain on a small scale, which creates a warm atmosphere!" An à la carte, epicurean menu is offered at each service, but also a daily menu at lunchtime during the week and a market menu from Friday evening and for the weekend. Wines are selected from independent winegrowers. In July and August, the restaurant is also open on Thursday evenings.
