Chef's Restaurant Le Pressoir's long-standing reputation is always a token of trust. Vincent David has been keeping it warm for twelve years, adding his personal touch to a cuisine that remains wise and rooted. The bourgeois setting is soothing, and the chef cleverly blends noble products and seasonal regional produce with ideas from elsewhere: scallops with mushroom and shellfish cabbage, langoustine with tarragon, apple, celery and yuzu, smoked tea scallops with citrus, soy and basil... Desserts are also meticulously prepared, and the cellar boasts 500 references with commentary by head sommelier Mickael Jeanjon.
