This is one of the great references north of Vannes, a Breton house with meticulous interiors, both bourgeois and contemporary, hushed and harmonious. Chef Vincent David delivers an equally precise and thoughtful experience, both in form and content, notably in the €88 menu and its combination of foie gras and lobster, yuzu, soy juices, five flavors and citrus fruits, its skin-roasted sea bass, green curry, coconut, vegetables and pomegranate, its combination of chocolate and cumin, pear, shiso, rum and mint.
